Choosing an agency for a medical business is harder than comparing creative portfolios. Patients do not book on impulse; they book on trust. The right partner has to explain medical services clearly, respect advertising rules on Meta and Google, and connect spend to something the practice can count: a booked appointment, an attended consultation, a started treatment.
Some practices need more qualified inquiries and fuller calendars. Others need a stronger brand, educational content, or a doctor's personal presence built from scratch. A hospital, a neighborhood dental clinic and a pharmaceutical company each need different work, so "best" depends on which problem you are solving.
This guide profiles ten agencies in three groups: healthcare and pharma communications, clinic and practice marketing, and doctor personal branding.
Disclosure This guide is published by Cresco Agency. To keep it neutral, Cresco is not included in the list. Every profile is based only on what each agency or a public source says about its work, and we state plainly where published evidence is thin. The numbering is for navigation only; it is not a performance ranking, and none of the agencies paid to be included. |
How we built this list
We reviewed agency websites, directory profiles, industry coverage and other published lists in October 2026, and kept agencies that meet three criteria:
Active in Egypt: an office in Egypt.
A dedicated healthcare offering: a clear healthcare, medical or pharma service, not a generic "we serve all industries" page.
A clear, current website or verifiable public profile.
Named healthcare clients and published results were not required, because many healthcare agencies do not publish them for privacy reasons. Each profile says what we found, so you can weigh it yourself. We did not have access to private client data, contracts or pricing, and every result quoted is agency-reported.
What healthcare marketing in Egypt requires
Local targeting. Most patients travel only a limited distance for a dental visit or physiotherapy session. Campaigns that reach the whole of Cairo waste budget on people who will never come.
WhatsApp speed. Most inquiries arrive on WhatsApp or by phone. A slow first reply loses patients the ads already paid for, so ask who answers and how fast.
Arabic-first content. Patients search and read in Egyptian Arabic, often mixed with English medical terms. Content written only in formal Arabic or English misses that audience.
Health ad policies. Meta and Google restrict health claims, before-and-after imagery and targeting by medical condition. Disapproved ads stop campaigns, so creative has to be policy-safe.
Professional ethics. Doctors in Egypt are bound by professional rules on advertising and claims. Guaranteed results or comparisons with named competitors can create problems for the practice, not just the agency.
Measurement past the lead. A cheap lead that never answers the phone is not cheap. Track inquiries, booked appointments, attended consultations and started treatments separately.

How to choose the right agency for your practice
Start with the result you need, then pick the kind of agency built for it. Awareness, qualified inquiries and attended appointments are related goals, but each needs different work, budgets and timelines.
Your goal | What you need most | Look for agencies that offer |
|---|---|---|
Fill empty appointment slots | Qualified inquiries, fast follow-up | Paid campaigns tracked to attended consultations |
Launch or rebrand a hospital or lab | Brand, content governance, web | Integrated brand, video and web capability |
Stop losing inquiries | Reply speed and booking | WhatsApp and call handling, or reception training |
Grow a pharmacy or launch a pharma product | Offers, retention, HCP engagement | Pharmacy and pharma experience |
Build a doctor's reputation | Authority and trust | Personal branding with a steady production rhythm |
Many practices need two of these at once. Pairing a content partner with a performance partner works, as long as one person owns the patient journey from first ad to booked visit.
What changes by specialty
Dental and implant clinics: high-ticket treatments with long decision times. Service-level campaigns, payment-plan messaging and fast follow-up matter most.
Aesthetic and dermatology centers: heavy competition and strict ad policies on body image and results. Creative has to build trust without forbidden before-and-after claims.
Physiotherapy and rehabilitation: patients often come by referral and return for many sessions. Local search, reviews and retention matter as much as new leads.
Hospitals: many departments and approval layers. Brand consistency and content governance come before campaigns.
Labs and diagnostic centers: price-sensitive, convenience-driven searches. Google Maps visibility, home-sampling offers and clear pricing win.
Pharmacies: repeat purchases and delivery. Offers, WhatsApp ordering and loyalty programs drive revenue.
How healthcare agencies usually charge
Monthly retainer: a fixed fee for strategy, campaign management, content and reporting. The most common model for clinics.
Project fee: a one-time price for a brand identity, website, app or video shoot. Hospitals and new clinics often start here.
Percentage of ad spend: a fee tied to media budget, more common with large accounts.
In every model, media spend should be listed separately from the agency fee. Ask whether content, photography, video shoots and landing pages are included or billed on top.
What a good first 90 days looks like
Days 1–30, fix and launch: audit accounts and tracking, agree which services have capacity, write policy-safe creative, connect forms and WhatsApp to a booking record, and go live.
Days 31–60, test and learn: test formats, audiences, offers and landing pages; tune reply scripts and reminders with your front desk.
Days 61–90, scale: move budget behind the treatments producing attended consultations, add remarketing and review flows, and set next quarter's targets.

Who handles incoming inquiries? Clarify responsibility for calls, messages, follow-up and booking.
What is in the fee? Separate strategy, ad management, media spend, production and website work.

Red flags
Guaranteed patient numbers or a fixed cost per lead before any audit.
Results shown without spend, period, market or platform.
Ad accounts opened in the agency's name instead of yours.
Before-and-after content or medical claims the agency cannot defend.
Reports that show reach and likes but never booked appointments.
Frequently asked questions
Q What is the best digital marketing agency for clinics in Egypt?
It depends on the goal. Use the table above to match your main problem to a type of agency, shortlist two or three, and ask each the same questions.
Q How much should a clinic spend on digital marketing in Egypt?
There is no single number. Budget has two parts: the agency fee and media spend paid to Meta or Google. Start with the single highest-return service and channel, prove it, then expand.
Q How long before a clinic sees results?
Paid campaigns usually produce first data within two to four weeks. A fair evaluation of cost per attended consultation needs around three months. SEO and personal branding often take six months or more.
Q Should a clinic use Meta Ads or Google Ads?
Usually both, with different jobs. Google Search and Maps capture patients already searching for a treatment nearby. Meta and Instagram create demand and work well for aesthetic, dental and elective treatments.
Q Should the agency answer patient messages for us?
It can, with clear limits. Agency staff can answer prices, timings and availability and book appointments; medical questions should go to the clinic. Agree on response-time targets and how patient data is stored.
Q Is a specialized medical agency better than a general one?
A healthcare focus helps with policies, tone and patient journeys, but proof matters more than labels. Judge any agency by its published healthcare work, its measurement plan and how it handles inquiries.
About the publisher
This guide is published by Cresco Agency, a performance marketing agency working in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. We did not include ourselves in the list, because a guide should not rank its own publisher.
Our healthcare work focuses on patient acquisition for dental, aesthetic, implant and multi-specialty clinics, measured past the lead to booked and attended appointments. Our two published healthcare case studies are from Saudi Arabia: Dentra Clinic, 287 leads on $4,750 of Meta spend at a $16.5 blended cost per lead, and Global Implant Centre, 1,361 leads at SAR 1.5 each. Both are agency-reported lead figures, not appointments or a forecast for another market.
The questions and red flags in this guide apply to us as much as to any agency on the list.
