Running an online store in Egypt is a different game from running one in Dubai or London. Most orders are still paid in cash at the door, a confirmed order is not a delivered order, and the margin in your ad dashboard can disappear before the parcel arrives. So choosing an agency for an Egyptian e-commerce brand is not just about who runs the best Meta Ads. You need a partner who understands acquisition cost, creative, the store, order confirmation and repeat purchases, and who reports on revenue you actually collected. This guide profiles ten agencies worth shortlisting in 2026. Each profile covers what the agency publicly says it does, the proof it publishes, and the type of brand it is likely to suit. At the end you will find a framework for choosing, questions for the first call and the red flags to watch for. Disclosure: This guide is published by Cresco Agency, one of the ten agencies listed. Every profile is based only on what each agency publishes about itself, every figure is attributed, and the numbering is for navigation only. It is not a performance ranking, and we have not audited any agency's results, including our own. Written by Ali Assem, performance marketing specialist with 11+ years in Google Ads and Meta Ads across Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. How we built this list We started from agency directories and search results, removed any agency whose website would not load or whose case studies looked like placeholder content, and kept those that meet four criteria:
- Active in Egypt: an office in Egypt or a stated focus on Egyptian brands.
- E-commerce capability: paid acquisition, creative, store development, CRO, tracking or retention.
- Published proof: named clients, case studies, figures, reviews or a verifiable directory profile.
- A clear, current website.
We did not audit ad accounts, interview clients or verify agency-reported figures. Treat every number below as agency-reported, and ask for evidence on your own discovery call. All information was checked on each agency's website in October 2026; services and figures change, so confirm details directly before signing. Why e-commerce marketing in Egypt is different An agency that excels in the Gulf or Europe can still struggle here, because the economics of an order work differently. Cash on delivery dominates. COD was the largest payment category in Egyptian e-commerce in 2024, at about 45% of the market, according to P&S Intelligence, which also estimates that 55–70% of online shoppers prefer to pay at the door. This changes what "a sale" means. With card payments, a purchase in the ad platform is close to real revenue. With COD, it is only an intention: the customer can ignore the confirmation call, change their mind or refuse the parcel. An agency that optimizes and reports on purchases alone can show a strong ROAS while your delivered revenue tells a different story. Confirmation and delivery are marketing problems. In a COD market, your real acquisition cost depends on three rates: • Confirmation rate: placed orders confirmed by phone or WhatsApp. • Delivery success rate: confirmed orders accepted and paid at the door. • Return rate: delivered orders that come back. A strong agency asks for these numbers in the first week. Some agencies on this list even offer order confirmation and WhatsApp follow-up as a service, because it protects the return on every pound spent on ads. Digital payments are rising. InstaPay processed about 1.56 billion instant transfers in 2024, according to Central Bank of Egypt data cited by Mordor Intelligence. As customers get comfortable paying upfront, stores that offer a smooth prepaid option, and a reason to choose it, can cut delivery risk and improve cash flow. Egypt shops on the phone. Smartphones accounted for about 72% of e-commerce transaction value in 2025, according to Mordor Intelligence. Product pages, checkout and landing pages are mobile pages first, which is why short-form video, UGC and Reels appear in so many agency service lists. Demand is spreading beyond Cairo. Credence Research names the Delta and Upper Egypt as the fastest-growing regions, with about 20% of the market. Messaging that works in New Cairo may not work in Tanta or Assiut, so ask how an agency segments by governorate. Seasonality is sharp. Ramadan, Eid, back-to-school and White Friday can concentrate a large share of yearly sales into a few weeks. Ask how an agency plans creative, budgets and offers for these peaks, and how it protects margin when every competitor is discounting. Measure what you can bank. The most useful metrics for an Egyptian store are usually: • Cost per delivered order, not cost per purchase event. • ROAS on collected revenue, after cancellations and returns. • Contribution margin per order after ad spend, shipping and COD fees. • Repeat purchase rate and the cost of a second order. When you speak to agencies, notice which ones bring these up before you do. The 10 agencies at a glance

- Hive Analytics
Hive describes itself as Egypt's first e-commerce-specialized agency, operating from Maadi since 2016, and runs performance and creative as one function. Offers: media buying, website development and CRO, email marketing, content and Reels production, AI content creation and creative funnels. Its web service focuses on mobile-first stores and on improving product pages, checkout, average order value and drop-offs. How it works: parallel audits of the ad account, the store and social media; then content production, ad strategy and a CRO-focused revamp; then monthly content calendars, fresh ad iterations and weekly reporting. Proof: testimonials from brands including Krack'd Snack, Flowrista, ZeroCarb Lyfe and Nazim Coffee. Best for: established brands that want one partner for ads, creative, store and retention. Ask: which testimonial brands are still active clients, and how they report delivered versus placed revenue.
- SADUQ
SADUQ is a Giza-based agency serving Egypt and the Arab world, and one of the most transparent on this list: it publishes its pricing, founder, office address and dashboard screenshots. Offers: media buying on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google; Shopify builds and landing pages; CRO; offer and bundle strategy; and server-side tracking. Proof: more than $2M in managed ad spend across 40+ brands and 7+ stores built from scratch. Its case studies include an Egyptian fashion brand it says generated EGP 66.9M in store sales over four consecutive months in 2026, and an Omani fragrance store where it reports orders grew 15×. Pricing: a fixed monthly fee plus a percentage of sales. For Egypt it lists EGP 15,000–30,000 per month plus 3–5%, with the percentage set after reviewing the brand's margin. Best for: Shopify brands that already sell. SADUQ states it does not work with brands starting from zero. Ask: how the sales percentage treats COD orders that are refused or returned.
- PShift
PShift has offices in Riyadh and Maadi and has operated since 2021, with a strong concentration of Saudi clients alongside Egyptian brands. Offers: media buying on Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and Google; creative strategy; SEO; generative engine optimization; and a paid Growth Diagnosis delivered in 7–10 working days. Proof: more than $20M in ad spend managed for 90+ brands. Named Egyptian clients include WUZZUF, Chefaa and iSchool. Its e-commerce case studies are mostly Saudi, including a store it says grew from 1,019 to 16,400 monthly orders. Worth knowing: PShift says it takes one client per sub-vertical in each market, and that a senior media buyer with 5+ years of experience always leads paid accounts. Best for: brands with steady spend that want a diagnosis before scaling, and brands selling in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Ask: for an Egyptian e-commerce case study specifically.
- Digitology
Digitology is a full-service agency founded in Egypt in 2015, with offices in Sheikh Zayed and Dubai. Offers: social media marketing, media buying, creative design, digital strategy, SEO, influencer marketing and video production. Proof: a published case study with a 34.79× ROAS, and client logos including Philips, Schneider Electric, Fawry, OPay and SODIC. Best for: consumer brands that need paid ads plus a steady flow of content and video. Ask: who runs paid media day to day, and for e-commerce examples in your category, since its portfolio leans toward large corporate and consumer brands.
- KickMyAdz
KickMyAdz is a Cairo-based agency listed as a Shopify Service Partner since February 2024, serving Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Offers: paid ads, ad creative, campaign management and testing, plus store builds and redesigns, website audits, ongoing store management, CRO and email marketing. Listed industries: fashion, electronics, and health and beauty. Proof: a 5.0 rating from four Shopify Partner Directory reviews, which are tied to real stores, though four is a small sample. Best for: Shopify brands in those categories that want one team for store and ads. Ask: for references you can call, and team size.
- EKO Agency
EKO Agency is a Giza-based e-commerce branding agency with 12+ years of experience, according to DesignRush. Its angle is building the whole digital commerce experience, not only running ads. Offers: digital strategy, UX design, web and app development and SEO, plus PPC, email and social media marketing. Proof: client reviews on its DesignRush profile. Best for: brands launching or rebuilding a store that want branding, UX and marketing designed together. Ask: for live stores they built and their conversion rates before and after launch.
- NBM Agency
NBM is a performance agency founded in Egypt in 2018 by Nady Farag and Bishoy Aziz. Offers: media buying, affiliate, influencer and content marketing. Affiliate and influencer channels are less common in agency service lists, and can lower acquisition cost in categories like beauty and fashion. Best for: retailers that want to test acquisition beyond Meta and TikTok ads, especially in categories where creators drive purchase decisions. Ask: how they attribute sales across channels without paying twice for the same order.
- Spotmedia
Spotmedia is a creative and technology agency founded in Alexandria in 2017 and a member of Egypt's Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunication. Offers: web design, mobile apps, custom software, media production, digital marketing, SEO and AI search visibility, and AI chatbots and automation. Proof: 500+ clients, 800+ projects and more than 200 store websites. Best for: brands, especially outside Cairo, that need to build or rebuild a store, or add an app, alongside marketing. Its Alexandria base is a plus for businesses there. Ask: which store builds they also market today, and how they measure sales.
- Road9 Media
Road9 Media has built websites, brands and campaigns since 2008, the longest track record on this list. Offers: custom web and e-commerce development, apps, branding, SEO, social media, media buying and content production. Proof: clients including Hassan Allam, Wadi Degla Developments and Contact Financial Holding. Best for: established businesses that want a polished store within a wider digital program. Ask: for e-commerce clients specifically, since most highlighted work is corporate, and who manages sales campaigns after launch.
- Cresco Agency
Cresco Agency is a performance marketing agency working in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. (As disclosed above, Cresco publishes this guide.) Offers: paid media on Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat; strategy and creative testing; and websites and landing pages built to convert paid traffic. E-commerce is one of its two flagship verticals. What stands out: Cresco tracks e-commerce results to the delivered order, not the placed one. Clients pay platforms directly and own every ad account, pixel and audience. Proof: a Max Muscle Black Friday case study reporting 597 purchases and a 24× ROAS in seven days on $2,108 of spend. This is one agency-reported campaign, not a forecast. Best for: e-commerce brands that want paid acquisition managed around real unit economics, with structured creative testing. Ask us: how a campaign's delivered revenue compared with its reported purchase value. How to choose the right agency Start by naming your main bottleneck, then shortlist agencies whose strengths match it. Your main problem What you need most Look for agencies that offer Ads are expensive and ROAS keeps falling Better structure, creative testing, fresh angles Media buying + weekly creative production Traffic is fine but the store doesn't sell Product pages, checkout, offers, speed CRO and store builds (Shopify or custom) Many orders, too few delivered Confirmation, follow-up, delivery tracking Order confirmation, WhatsApp follow-up, delivered-order reporting Customers buy once and disappear Retention, bundles, second-order offers Email/WhatsApp flows, offer strategy, LTV reporting You're launching from scratch Brand, store and first campaigns Branding + store build + launch campaigns You sell in Egypt and the Gulf Two market playbooks under one roof Case studies in both markets Then check five things: • Evidence: case studies that match your category, price point, market and budget. A 24× ROAS on a flash sale and a 3× ROAS on a slow-moving premium product can both be excellent. For each case study, ask what the agency was responsible for, over what period, and whether revenue means platform purchase value or collected revenue. • Metrics: agree before launch how you will separate placed, confirmed, delivered and returned orders, and which of them ROAS is measured on. • Creative process: how many new concepts per month, who writes the hooks, how winners are chosen, and whether shoots, UGC and design are included in the fee. • Ownership: you own the ad accounts, pixel, Business Manager, store, domain and customer data, and pay ad spend directly to the platforms. • Full cost: separate the agency fee from ad spend, production, development and tools. A percentage of spend rewards spending more; a percentage of sales rewards selling more, as long as sales means delivered revenue. 12 questions to ask on the first call Use the same questions on every discovery call so you can compare agencies on equal terms.
- Which of your current clients is closest to my category, price point and budget?
- Can I speak to one of them directly?
- Who exactly will work on my account, and how many other accounts does that person manage?
- Do you report ad-platform purchase value, placed orders, or delivered and collected orders?
- What do you need from my confirmation and delivery data, and how often?
- How many new creative concepts will you test per month, and who produces them?
- What will you change in my store or offer, and who implements it?
- How do you plan budgets and creative for Ramadan, Eid and White Friday?
- What do the first 30, 60 and 90 days look like, and what result would change the plan?
- Who owns the ad accounts, pixel, audiences, creative files and data?
- What is included in the fee, and what costs extra?
- What is the minimum contract, and how do we end it?
Red flags • Guaranteed ROAS or sales numbers. No honest agency can guarantee results in a market it doesn't control. • Platform ROAS only, with no mention of cancellations, refused deliveries or returns. • Ads run from the agency's own ad account, or reluctance to give you full admin access. • Case studies with no dates, platforms or spend, or placeholder content on the agency's own website. • The senior person from the sales call never appears again once the contract is signed. • Long lock-in contracts before any results. • No questions about your margins. An agency that never asks about product cost, shipping and COD fees cannot tell you whether your ads are profitable. Frequently asked questions What is the best digital marketing agency for e-commerce in Egypt? There is no single best agency for every store. Match agencies to your bottleneck using the tables above, shortlist two or three, and compare them on the same questions. How much does an e-commerce marketing agency cost in Egypt? It varies by scope. As one public example, SADUQ lists EGP 15,000–30,000 per month plus 3–5% of sales. Ad spend and production are usually billed separately. What ROAS is good for an Egyptian online store? It depends on your margin. A store with a 70% gross margin can be profitable at a ROAS that would lose money for a store with a 25% margin. Calculate your break-even ROAS on delivered revenue, not platform purchase value, before setting targets. Should I choose an agency that also builds my store? If your store converts poorly, yes. Ads cannot fix a slow, confusing or untrustworthy store, and an agency that runs both can see where visitors drop off. If your store already converts well, a media buying specialist may be enough. How long before I see results? PShift, SADUQ and Cresco all publish similar timelines: first improvements within weeks and a fair evaluation after about 60–90 days. Quick wins usually come from tracking fixes, new creative angles and product page improvements. Do I need a separate agency for Saudi Arabia? Not necessarily, but Saudi Arabia has more prepaid payments, a stronger role for Snapchat and platforms such as Salla. Ask for case studies from each market.
